Warren-Trumbull County Public Library offers one-on-one appointments with skilled staff members to assist you with a variety of topics. Use one of these forms to submit your request for a personalized appointment for up to 30 minutes at the Main Library in Warren.

Who is eligible to make an appointment? This service is available to individuals, families, and organizations.
Is there anything I can’t get help with? Librarians are not able to assist with computer troubleshooting, setting up a laptop, credit card/money transactions, tasks involving confidential information, or typing jobs. Library staff cannot do your research for you, nor can we do research for hire. We are unable to assist with most online ordering.
Can you teach me to use a computer and use of the Internet? People who wish to book a session working with online research resources need to have basic computer skills including the use of the mouse. The library’s Adult Services Department does offer free classes for learning computer basics, e-mail, and an introduction to the Internet. Who will be helping me? We will assign a professional staff member based on availability.
How long will the session last? You can book 30-minutes a week each week, as necessary.
How do I make or cancel my appointment? If you booked a librarian from the Adult Services Department, call (330) 399-8807 ext. 200. If you booked a librarian from the Local History & Genealogy Center, call (330) 399-8807 ext. 202.
Are there other ways to get help from a librarian? The Main Library/Warren is open from 9 a.m.—8 p.m. Monday to Thursday and from 9 a.m.—5 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. From September—May, the Main Library is open from 1—5 p.m. Call or come in and we will try to assist you if possible. (Note: The Local History & Genealogy Center is closed on Sundays year-round.)
