Computers/TECH Center

 

Public computer workstations provide internet access as well as access to the library's online catalog and databases.  Black and white printing on a central printer is available for 10¢ per page and 25¢ for color (resume paper may be provided by the customer).  Computer users must abide by the library's Internet usage policy, which is also available in print at the library. 

 

For Children

 

A variety of programming for children is offered at the Main Library. A calendar of monthly events for children is available. The Main Library has a wide variety of children’s materials including puppets, audio books, music cassettes/CDs, family movies and CD-ROMs. Click here for more information about children's services at the Main Library.

Special Services

 

The following special services are available at the Main Library 
  • Public copy machine (10¢ per copy; 25¢ for color)
  • Voter registration
  • Golden Buckeye card applications for eligible Ohio residents
  • Free Wi-Fi

 

FAX service

 

An easy-to-use, free-standing public FAX & Scan machine is now available for use at the library. Customers can now FAX documents or scan documents and send them to their email address.

 

The FAX & Scan kiosk is entirely self-sufficient; customers simply lift a handset and listen to the voice prompts to use the machine.

 

Customers cannot receive a FAX at the library; there is outgoing FAX service and scanning only.

 

The FAX & Scan kiosk accepts major credit cards and debit cards only; no cash. Cost is $1.75 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page; the charge to send an international FAX is $3.95 for the first page and $3.45 for each additional page.

 




Friends of the Warren Library (FOWL)

 

The Friends of the Warren Library is an active organization dedicated to supporting the Main Library. For information about joining the Friends, call (330) 399-8807.
