For Babies & Toddlers

Babytime
A lively program of rhymes, songs, stories, and play for infants ages 6 - 18 months with an accompanying caregiver.
At the Main Library in Warren - Offered every Friday morning at 11 a.m. Registration is required for this program.
Music & Movement
Children learn language and motor skills through an energetic combination of music, movement, and literature. For children ages 19 - 35 months with an accompanying caregiver. 6-week sessions. Registration is required for this program.
At the Main Library - Offered most Wednesdays at 10 a.m. and also at 11 a.m.
Time for Tots
A developmentally appropriate storytime program for children ages 24-35 months old with an accompanying caregiver. Registration is required for this program.
At the Cortland Branch Library - Offered Tuesdays at 11 a.m.
Toddler Tales
These story time programs are for children ages 24 - 35 months with an accompanying caregiver. Registration is required for this program.
At the Howland Branch Library - Offered Thursdays at 10 a.m. and also at 11 a.m.

For Preschoolers

Storytimes
Each theme-based program for preschoolers ages 3 - 5 highlights early literacy skills and includes music and a craft. Story Times are typically offered on the following schedule (dates/times may vary; check calendar for current schedule):
At the Main Library - Tuesdays at 1 p.m.; Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.
At the Brookfield Branch Library - Tuesdays at 1 p.m.
At the Cortland Branch Library - Mondays at 6 p.m.; Wednesdays at 1 p.m.
At the Howland Branch Library - Tuesdays at 6 p.m.; Fridays at 11 a.m.
At the Liberty Branch Library - Thursdays at 11:30 a.m.
At the Lordstown Branch Library - Mondays at 1 p.m.

For School-Age Kids

Kidz Create
A "books and more" program that pairs children's literature with enrichment activities for kids in kindergarten through grade 4. Registration is required for this program.
At the Brookfield Branch Library - Offered select Wednesdays at 5 p.m.
Patio Pals
An outdoor series typically held on the Children's Patio on the Main Library's south side, rain or shine. Participants ages 6 - 12 enjoy games, crafts, gardening, science, and nature activities. Registration is required for this program.

Reading & Other Forms of Art
The W-TCPL and the Butler Institute of American Art offer a unique blend of art and books during this program for children ages 5 - 10.
